Check-in and Check-out

Documentation

• Residents of Greece: Provide ID/VAT number during check-in.
• Residents of other countries: Provide your passport/national ID number during check-in.

Building Access

• Use the code we sent you to access the smart locks.
• The entrance of the villa is located on the right of the building.

Security

• 1 security camera ensures your safety (monitoring the main entrance).

Amenities

• The villa has a boiler and a water heater. The house also has a solar and electric water heater. In case of cloudy weather, turn on the electric water heater from the electrical panel on the ground floor by lifting the switch upwards for 20 minutes.
• The kitchen is fully equipped for your convenience. The steam cooker in the kitchen must first have the required amount of water in the container, and with the left switch, we select the type and the right switch the time and temperature.

Rules

• Charging vehicles using house power outlets is prohibited.
• Pets are welcome under your supervision.
• Smoking is allowed only outdoors.
• No loud music or parties.
• Use provided towels for each bed.
• Do not throw objects or paper in the toilets.
• Keep the front door closed to protect the indoors.
• The fireplace must always be operated with the glass down.
• The exterior shutters of the house are operated by the switches marked up and down. Press the switch once and not for a long time.
• Please turn off the lights and air conditioners before leaving.

Reporting Issues

• Please inform us of any facility malfunctions.

Departure

• Kindly leave the space clean and in order.
